Didn’t had to much to do with Adsense until I started this blog. Now, because I have a “adsense optimized” theme I decided to play around with some ads and experiment how the content influence them. Soon I felt the need to preview offline kind of ads I would get displayed. Google has some tool, but works only with IE and Windows. Not that tasty for me, as I like my web development environment on Ubuntu too much.
Fortunately I found a Firefox plug-in here. It installs straight forward as a Mozilla extension and works on every OS where Firefox can run. After installation it adds a new Menu to the Firefox menu bar.

One can preview 8 different types of ads:
* Leaderboard (728×90)
* Banner (468×60)
* Button (125×125)
* Skyscraper (120×600)
* Wide Skyscraper (160×600)
* Square (250×250)
* Medium Rectangle (300×250)
* Large Rectangle (336×280)
Ads in preview won’t be exactly the same as on the online site, as it uses test ads, so it won’t harm the Adwords owners, but it will give you a pretty good idea of what kind of ads you will receive. Please also note that in case you use a cms system, the difference may be slightly greater.

Well, If you have ever thought of writing some script to automate those things that you do many times each day, then you have a great and easy way to automate the entir e process. It comes without saying that a few imacros and firefox add-ons will automate all actions related to a browser (Mozilla). If you wish to automate your system as such, then you will need another script, straightforward commands will automate your system. Even a beginner will automate things using a simple software called as sikuli all you need to do is to inform Sikuli what to do by giving some screenshots and straightforward commands.
A GUI can be used with Sikuli. Sikuli is an open siurce scripting application that will use a combination of straightforward commands like click, type, wait and so on. There’s no internal API support, it simply searches the screen for the image in the screenshot-which implies that you’ll be able to use it for anything. There’s literally no limit on how you use it to automate things.
This is too good to be true, however if you watch the following video, you will come to know that this is often extremely easy. If you visit their home page, you get a lot of tutorials and support; it will be a cake walk even for beginners. You can check the video as well as get the software at TechnoAges.com
